Juan's journey from Mexico to America sparked a deep passion for winemaking as he delved into the intricacies of vineyard life, deciphering the subtle dance of climate, winds, and soil. Guided by an innate understanding of vine care, his transition into winemaking flowed effortlessly, fueled by a steadfast dedication to perfection and a vision to craft wines that honor the old world tradition while reflecting his distinctive touch.

By a passion for winemaking, Juan draws on his 28 years to create exceptional, age-worthy luxury wines. His deep appreciation for timeless old-world techniques allows him to craft wines that reflect both tradition and innovation. Each bottle embodies dedication quality and craftsmanship, inviting connoisseurs to savor the rich flavors and stories behind every sip.​

 

In August of 2017, M&O Wine Cellars was born—a testament to Juan's relentless pursuit of his winemaking dreams. Today, I proudly offer three meticulously crafted varietals - Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc. My mission is simple yet ambitious: to deliver luxury and quality in every bottle.
