Our Midweek is a Bordeaux-style Sauvignon Blanc, meticulously aged for 11 months in oak barrels. This crisp, refreshing wine is an ideal choice for poolside relaxation and pairs exquisitely with seared scallops. 
 
We are proud to share that this wine was submitted to the 2024 Sunset International Wine Competition, where it was awarded a prestigious Double Gold medal!
  
TASTING NOTES
This elegant Sauvignon Blanc presents vibrant aromas of tropical fruit, with hints of papaya, pineapple, green apple, and a touch of orange zest. On the palate, it is rich and layered, revealing flavors of ripe mango, pineapple, and white apple, complemented by delicate mineral undertones. Its crisp acidity and well-rounded structure culminate in a long, refreshing finish. Perfectly balanced, this wine delivers a delightful and approachable experience, making it an excellent choice for both casual gatherings and more sophisticated occasions.
